Inspection Report
1427 Maple St
3.2 · Roof — Asphalt Shingles
Photo 14 — Lifted shingles, south slope
Several lifted and displaced asphalt shingles were observed at the south slope, consistent with wind damage. Lifted shingles can allow water intrusion into the roof structure.
Recommendation: Evaluation and repair by a qualified roofing contractor.

Inspect by day, type by night.

You finish the second inspection at 4:30. Then comes the other job: two to four hours at the kitchen table, typing up every defect, dropping in photos one by one, writing captions, checking the wording — because your name and your license are on that report.

You already said everything out loud while you were on the roof and in the crawlspace. You just had to say it all again — with your thumbs.

InspectVoice does the typing. You keep the judgment.

Three steps. One walkthrough.

The report gets written during the inspection, not after it. You review and approve before anything reaches a client.

STEP 1

Speak your findings

Walk the property like you always do. Say what you see into your phone and snap photos as you go. No forms, no dropdowns, no typing on site.

STEP 2

AI drafts the full report

Your notes become clean defect descriptions and recommendations, organized into your sections — with every photo placed and captioned where it belongs.

STEP 3

Review, adjust, send

Read every line, fix anything that's off, and approve it. Nothing goes out without your sign-off — it's your name on the report, and it stays that way.

Get back about 11 hours a week.

At 7 inspections a week and 2 hours of typing each, report writing is a second part-time job. Reviewing a finished draft takes about 15 minutes.

Typing reports today
~14 hrs / week
Every weeknight, plus catching up on weekends
Reviewing with InspectVoice
~1¾ hrs / week
A careful read-through of each draft — usually before you leave the driveway
That's five evenings back, every week. Dinner with the family, the game, or one more paid inspection — your call.

Your report software formats. InspectVoice writes.

Today's report tools are good at structure — templates, sections, delivery. The writing is still on you. That's the part we take off your plate.

Fair questions.

Does it work offline, like in a basement with no signal?+

Yes. Voice notes and photos are saved on your phone as you work. Everything syncs and the report drafts once you're back on signal or Wi-Fi.

Can I use my own report template and standards?+

Yes. You set up your sections, boilerplate, and language once, and every report follows it. InterNACHI and ASHI Standards of Practice structures are supported out of the box.

Who owns my reports and data?+

You do. Your recordings, photos, and reports belong to you, and they are never used to train AI models or shared with anyone.

What if the AI gets something wrong?+

You review every line before anything goes to a client. The draft is a starting point — you edit, approve, and send. Your name is on the report, so you stay in control.

Do I have to leave my current report software?+

No commitment either way. InspectVoice produces a complete, client-ready PDF on its own, and we're building export paths so your drafts can flow into the tools you already use.

When does it launch?+

Founding members get access first, in fall 2026, and shape the product as we build. Reserving a spot just takes an email — no card required.
